Friends of ours had a little boy just recently and this was the card that I made to welcome him into the world! I used a papermania scalloped card, cut'n'dry foam and distress ink to colour the edges and then popped on adhesive embellishments that I got from hobbycrafts.
Simple but effective, I think.
